- In the left-side navigation, under Atlas, open the Charts page
- Locate the applicable draft chart and open it
- Click the ⋮ icon in the top-right corner and select Enter Draft Mode
- Make additional changes to the draft as needed
- Click the ⋮ icon in the top-right corner again and select Publish Draft to enter the publishing workflow
- Review the New Entities and Existing Entities tabs and ensure the Entity Fundamentals and Relationship Types are accurate. Click the ⋮ icon to edit details.
- When finished, click Publish
- Atlas checks that all required information is present before publishing. If any information is missing, you will be directed to complete the necessary fields before you can proceed.
- From any new entities, choose to Add Tasks from Workflow (Workflows must already be created)
- Click Publish again
Once the Draft chart is saved, the data is live and any new entities and/or relationships are created in Atlas.
