Share a Pro Forma Chart
Once saved, a draft chart can be shared with any Atlas user. There are two places where a user can update chart sharing preferences, from within a saved chart or within the saved charts list view.
To share a chart from within a saved chart, follow the steps below:
- In the left sidebar, select the Saved Charts tab
- Click into the chart you’d like to share by clicking the chart name
- In the top right corner, click Sharing
- This option is available for saved charts and when you are in Draft Mode
- In the Select Users to Share dropdown field, select any user(s) with whom you’d like to share
5. Click Save to update your sharing settings
To share a chart from the saved charts list view, follow the steps below:
- In the left sidebar, select the Saved Charts tab.
- Scroll to the saved chart you'd like to share, click the kebab menu in the far right, and select Sharing
3. In the Select Users to Share dropdown field, select any user(s) with whom you’d like to share
4. Click Save to update your sharing settings
Accessing a Chart Shared with You
- Collaborators can access shared charts from the Saved Charts page.
- Draft charts are labeled with a yellow Draft tag.
- Shared users can view the chart based on their access group and permissions.
- If a chart is shared with a user who has a different permission set, the chart is automatically filtered to only the entities they can access and any immediate, direct relationship a level above and below those entities.
