Atlas integrates directly with CT Corporation, your registered agent, giving you accurate, real-time entity data without manual transfers so you can maintain precise records and move faster on legal, governance, and compliance workflows. 

Before you get started

Before setting up the integration, contact CT Corp directly to discuss any updates to your existing agreement and account. CT Corp will then provide the credentials needed to configure the integration in Ontra.

Set up the integration

1. In the left-hand navigation, under Admin, open the Integrations page
2. Locate the CT Corporation tile and click Connect 
   
3. Paste the credentials (JWT Bearer Token and APIM Subscription Key) from CT Corp into the fields
4. Use the Fields to Sync drop-down to select/de-select specific fields (all are selected by default)
   

How the integration works

Once connected, entity registration data will flow from CT Corporation into Atlas. The following fields will sync unless de-selected when setting up the integration: 

• Legal Name
• Jurisdiction
• Formation Date
• Entity Type
• Entity Status
• Tax ID
• State/Registration ID
• Registered Agent
• Registered Agent Address
• Termination Date

CT Corporation is the source of truth when syncing, therefore editing of the synced fields in Ontra will be disabled to avoid overwriting information.
