With Ontra’s SharePoint integration, you can import a file from SharePoint to Ontra’s Document Repository (available for all products) without leaving the app, centralizing the files you care most about.
Before you get started
- Only Admins can upload a document
- Singular documents must be uploaded at a time
Set up the integration
- In the left-hand navigation, under Admin, open the Integrations page
- Locate the SharePoint tile and click Connect
- Click Connect again
- In the pop-up window, log in to your Microsoft account
- Select the SharePoint site to use for the integration
- Click Finish and the integration will be setup
Upload a document from SharePoint
Once the integration is set up, Admins can upload files from the connected SharePoint site to the Document Repository in Ontra.
- In the left-hand navigation, open the Document Repository page
- Click Add Document
- Click the SharePoint icon
- A new screen will appear showing the files and folders in your SharePoint instance, click on the documents to upload and then Select
- Select a Document Type using the drop-down menu
- Click Add Document to import that file into your Document Repository
