With Ontra’s Box integration, you can import a file from Box to Ontra’s Document Repository (available for all products) without leaving the app, centralizing the files you care most about.  

Before you get started

• Only Admins can upload a document 
• Singular documents must be uploaded at a time

Set up the integration

1. In the left-hand navigation, under Admin, open the Integrations page 
2. Locate the Box tile and click Connect
3. Click Connect again
4. In the pop-up window, log in to your Box account 
5. Click Grant Access to Box and the integration will be setup
   

Upload a document from Box

Once the integration is set up, Admins can upload files from the connected Box site to the Document Repository in Ontra. 

1. In the left-hand navigation, open the Document Repository page
2. Click Add Document
3. Click the Box icon 
4.  A new screen will appear showing the files and folders in your Box instance, click on the documents to upload and then the blue checkmark in the bottom right corner
5. Select a Document Type using the drop-down menu
6. Click Add Document to import that file into your Document Repository
