The Similar Documents feature is a precedent repository. It shows if an uploaded Original Document matches any forms that you have negotiated on previously.

In the left-hand navigation, click Contracts.
2. Click the document you want from the list, or use the search bar or filters to narrow results.
3. Click the Similar Documents tab to view your precedent agreements. You'll see the document's Text Match percentage against similar precedent agreements. Precedents that meet a minimum threshold of 75% will surface in the table.
