Atlas integrates directly with Companies House, the UK registrar and regulator, so you can prepare and submit statutory filings from the entity and stakeholder records you already maintain, without logging into Companies House or a third-party system. Atlas supports 21 filing types, including director and secretary appointments, terminations, and detail changes, registered office address changes, confirmation statements, and person with significant control (PSC) notifications and changes. Atlas remains your source of truth: every filing pulls from the data you maintain, so the information you file is the information you manage.
Before you get started
- In order to set up the integration, you will need a Presenter ID and Presenter Authentication Code, issued by Companies House. Contact Companies House directly to request these details.
- Not every filing with Companies House is available within Atlas. This is limited to UK entities in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.
