To Add Owners
1. Select the entity that has a new owner/investor from the Finalized Entities list.
2. From the left side panel, select Relationships.
3. On the Owners tab, select Add Owner to add either an Entity, Person, or External Entity as an owner.
4. Enter the *required fields. Atlas allows you to enter optional fields such as interest, share class, etc.
5. Click Add Owner to save. The relationship will be created above the entity.
To Add Holdings
1. On the Holdings tab, select Add Holding to add an Entity as a holding for that entity.
2. Click Add Holding to save. The relationship will be created below the entity.
To Add Contractual Relationships
1. On the Contractual Relationships tab, select Add Contractual Relationship.
2. Enter the *required fields.
2. Click Add Contractual Relationship to save. The relationship will be created with a dotted line between the two entities.
