- Ontra Chart Style: The Ontra Style option offers a streamlined appearance for entities, with uniform boxes that can include shape icons to indicate the entity type.
- Traditional Chart Style: Shows your organization's structure with triangles, rectangles, and other shapes. This style may be more familiar to tax teams and advisors.
- Privatize: In the structure chart, the ability to hide details for a particular entity. By selecting "Privatize", the entity details will be blurred. A viewer of this chart will be able to see that an entity exists in the structure , but will not see any details about that entity. This feature is available for every entity, allowing you to anonymize entity details as needed.
- Purpose: The entity's purpose, such as fund, co-investment vehicle, general partner, holding company, SPV, blocker, manager, etc.
- Stakeholder: A Stakeholder is any person or external entity associated with your entity structure. For persons, this is a director or officer. External entities are any entity investors that your organization is not managing.
- Audit Log: an exportable audit log showing changes made within the app. The log will show the date, the action taken, the data affected, user who modified the data and their role.
