Workflows let you codify multi-step processes made up of individual tasks, so your team follows the right steps every time, whether that's formation filings, governance updates, or other recurring legal and compliance work. You can also create standalone tasks for one-off work that doesn't need a full workflow. This gives you visibility into who's responsible for what and help reduce the risk of mission-critical actions falling through the cracks.
