Audit Log: an exportable audit log showing changes made within the app. The log will show the date, the action taken, the data affected, user who modified the data and their role.
Master Structure Chart: Structure chart generated from a selected entity
Saved Charts: Save customized charts, retaining custom settings for easy retrieval
Ontra Chart Style: The Ontra Style option offers a streamlined appearance for entities, with uniform boxes that can include shape icons to indicate the entity type.
Privatize: In the structure chart, the ability to hide details for a particular entity. By selecting "Privatize", the entity details will be blurred. A viewer of this chart will be able to see that an entity exists in the structure , but will not see any details about that entity. This feature is available for every entity, allowing you to anonymize entity details as needed.
Purpose: The entity's purpose, such as fund, co-investment vehicle, general partner, holding company, SPV, blocker, manager, etc.
Stakeholder: A Stakeholder is any person or external entity associated with your entity structure. For persons, this is a director or officer. External entities are any entity investors that your organization is not managing.
Traditional Chart Style: Shows your organization's structure with triangles, rectangles, and other shapes. This style may be more familiar to tax teams and advisors.
Tags: Customizable descriptors that can be noted on individual entities for searching, categorization, Access Group settings, and Chart filters.
