Transform precedent material into a digitized answer bank that serves as a single source of truth for investor diligence. 

Your Precedent Library begins being built out during your initial implementation when you share recent DDQs, ILPA templates, PPMs, and policy documents with your Onboarding Manager to upload and abstract into a digitized list of questions and answers. 

As you field unique questions and complete requests, your answer bank continues to grow in real-time. Additionally, you can upload new precedent material as needed. 

Upload Precedent Material

1. In the left hand navigation, select Precedent Library
2. On the Documents tab, click Actions and then Add Document 
3. Upload the document by clicking Browse Files or dragging and dropping
4. Fill out the relevant fields: Document Name*, Document Type*, Reference Period, Investor, Fund, and Completed Date*
5. Click Add to begin the digitization process 
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to upload additional documents
