Ontra's SSO (Single Sign-On) method uses the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) standard for exchanging identities between domains.
Existing Connections
1. Enter your email address.
2. If your organization has set up SSO, you will be redirected to your SSO login portal; if you have not established an SSO connection, you will be prompted to enter your Ontra specific password (traditional sign in method).
3. Upon logging into your SSO portal, you will be re-routed back to Ontra as successfully signed in.
If you would like to leverage an SSO connection for your organization, you can contact Customer Care (customer.care@ontra.ai) to inquire more and if you would like to go ahead, there is a short process to implement this, covered in the 'Implementing SSO' article.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to sign in using the SSO method, please consider the below questions prior to raising a request with Customer Care:
- Are you entering your company email domain correctly?
- Can you confirm that your IT department has granted you user access to our application within your Identity Provider?
- Do you have a user account recorded in our system?
- Can you confirm that you are not trying to access the application using the standard email & password format?
